Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Quantumtoken AI (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our website, create an account, subscribe via Stripe, or activate our local trading software.
1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, optional name, password hash (we never store plaintext passwords), consent timestamps for Terms / Privacy / Risk.
- Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan tier, subscription status. Card details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
- License data: license key, machine binding identifiers used to verify activation of the local bot.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
- Emails: transactional messages (signup confirmation, payment / subscription confirmation) sent to the address you provide.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract performance (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR): account, subscription, license delivery, support.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR): security, fraud prevention, improving service reliability.
- Consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR): where you tick acceptance boxes or optional marketing (we do not send marketing by default).
- Legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR): tax and commercial retention where required.
4. Processors / third parties
- Stripe — payment and subscription billing. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery — SMTP / mail provider configured by us to send transactional email to [email protected] and to you.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements where applicable.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. License verification logs may be retained for security. You may request deletion subject to statutory retention duties.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
7. Local software
The bot runs on your machine. Market data, wallets, and private keys you configure locally are not uploaded to us as part of normal operation. License checks send key and machine identifiers to our verify API only.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version date below will change. Material changes may be communicated by email or on the website.
