Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms” / AGB) govern use of the Quantumtoken AI website, subscriptions, and downloadable trading software. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider

2. Service description
We provide (a) a website for accounts and billing, (b) monthly software licenses for a local trading bot, and (c) related documentation. Software only. You run it yourself. We hold no funds. You are fully responsible. We do not operate a brokerage, custodial wallet, or managed trading account.
3. Plans, prices, and auto-renewal
Current monthly plans (USD, billed via Stripe):
- Starter — $24.99/month — Paper trade with the local dashboard. Lean feature set to learn the flow.
- Pro — $29.99/month — Hands-off autopilot, strategy shadows, and every monitored chain.
- Enterprise — $89.99/month — Real Solana execution when you are ready — with the full research toolkit.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel or manage billing in the Stripe customer portal from your account dashboard. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay; taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. License and acceptable use
A paid plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the bot for your own use on machines you control, subject to plan feature limits. You must not share license keys, reverse engineer for redistribution, attack our APIs, or use the software for unlawful purposes.
5. Your responsibilities
- You install, configure, and run the software yourself.
- You control wallets, API keys, and private keys — we never hold your funds.
- You are solely responsible for trading decisions, risk limits, and outcomes.
- You confirm you understand the risks described in our Risk Disclaimer.
6. No financial advice
Nothing we provide is investment, legal, or tax advice. Past simulations, paper results, or marketing examples do not predict future performance.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reasonable uptime of the website and license API but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the software and these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.
8. Refunds
Because digital licenses unlock immediately, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact [email protected]. Statutory consumer rights (including withdrawal rights where applicable) remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss on your machine, or third-party network/exchange failures. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and mandatory product liability remains unaffected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
